Q: What should I do if the headset received unable to turn on?
A: Confirm that the charging case has power left, press the button on the case and check if at least one LED is illuminated.
If charging case power off, please put the earphones in charge case and charging for 1 hour. Before charging, please Remove the stickers on new earphones.
Connect the case with your included USB cable and plug it into a USB power source.
Q: What should I do if Sound comes from only one earphone?
A: Put both earphones back into the charging case and close the cover, then take them out again to check whether both ears have sound. If only one earphone still has sound, please restore the factory settings for both earphones.
Q: How to solve the problem that the mobile phone prompts that it cannot connect?
A: Delete the pairing record on the mobile phone, and then search for pairing and connect again.

Simply wonderful! What a great sound to hear! One or another detail that could be better, but nothing that hinders the experience! The app is quite comprehensive, offering customization according to each individual’s taste. I cannot provide an opinion on battery life, but from the time I was testing, I noticed that there was not much variation in energy levels. Regarding noise cancellation, it is acceptable for the headphone category, and importantly, check which of the earbuds seal the ear canal well. I used different sizes and it changes the perception of frequencies, especially those in the bass region. Finally, we are looking at a high-quality TWS earphone!

I liked it. For now, I’m using it without the app and I’ve used 3 modes: Anc on, off, and passthrough, which allows you to hear well what’s happening in the environment. I haven’t measured the battery yet, but I use it to go to and from work + some use during the day (5 hours max total). I have been using it for a few days and I believe I charged it once. The quality is great. It comes with 3 sizes of rubber bands to change for a better fit. I liked it.

Incredible, already the application, the richness of settings, I’m ashamed for Jabra. Then the ANC. I am at my desk, 2 meters away from my ceiling fan, and I can’t hear anything.
And the sound is very good. As I am not an audiophile, I cannot provide further input. It’s still Bluetooth, but the detail is there. Honestly, well done QCY, I will never come back to Jabra again. Way too expensive for what it is.

One of the best headphones I’ve ever had, the ANC works really well, the sound quality is very clear, but you need to find an ideal earbud because the chances of it falling out are high. Just now I tested its IP67 and it didn’t show any defects (dropped from my ear while I was brushing my teeth), you can buy it because you won’t regret it.

I spent 3 years with the QCY T13 with those exaggerated bass and a warm sound, quite emotive. I am quite surprised that the Melobuds are still “addicted” to the sound of the t13, but the sound quality is undeniable, the sound is very clear, you can hear the instruments and vocals with more precision and clarity. I believe that over time, I will become more accustomed. I was quite surprised by the noise cancellation modes; they are excellent. It will make a big difference for me, especially when training due to the excess sound stimuli from the gym. It’s a very beautiful headphone. I liked the earphone; it was indeed an upgrade from the last one I had from another brand. The earphone is very nice and comfortable, the audio is amazing, and the app is easy to use. The store is really reliable; it arrived well before the expected deadline. I bought it on 25/08 and it arrived today, 29/08, even though the estimated delivery date was between 31/08 and 15/09.
I felt a slight change using the ANC, it’s not anything amazing. I could still hear a little bit of the air conditioner noise. The app saves the settings I established, but the layout changes completely. A simple update to the app would solve this problem.

Extremely good phone, battery lasts well, has great sound! And excellent noise cancellation, this golden one is absurdly beautiful, I just think it might scratch easily because it’s mirrored, but it’s very pretty! Noise cancellation is absurdly good, there’s a noisy fan here that when you put it on you can hardly hear anything. The only thing I felt was a headache when using it, maybe because of the volume I was listening to which is quite high, and also because of the noise cancellation which I need to get used to a bit. There’s also the ambient mode that amplifies the external sound quite well, everything gets quite loud. It’s really worth it, the commands are very configurable in its app, you can set 1 to 3 rings on each side and each number of rings can be any command that has in the app, which are many. I found it perfect and too cheap!! There’s still one more thing I forgot to mention, and that is it can be connected to 2 devices at the same time. You can pause a video on one and start playing on another right away.
